Found this recipe online so can't take credit for it, but these are the best wings I ever had.
It called for 1.5 hours in smoker at 225 degrees, I ran my smoker at 250 and they were done in 1 hour and ten minutes.
Used pecan and hickory wood for the smoke.
Also made some dipping sauce from 1/2 cup of Texas Pete and a half stick of real butter.

Roy, those do look like good wings. I'll have to try that recipe.
