....he was one of us!

....he shot here in the Scottish Borders with George Birnie (Royal Scots Bows), inter alia, back in the '60s!

I'm not surprised to see this. Back in the day, before computer effects were developed, actors learned all kinds of skills, such as archery, shooting, fencing, etc. Now, they don't seem to be so well rounded. Connery shined in several roles.

Apparently that is Erwin Pletcher ~'48'ish ....  :dunno:

Erwin was NFAA Instinctive Champion 1946, 47 - 49.
