The first 3 exercises seem useful. I may begin incorporating them on my off -days this year, or at the end of an evenings practice:

Man, I tried the exercise today where you pull back to anchor, and then flex your bow arm to let down from full draw and then extend it to reach full draw again with drawing hand remaining anchored...
I shoot a 53 pound bow extremely well, and a 69 pound decently, going 100 arrows a day with the 53 pound during the spring and summer most years.
But get this, I had to pick up the 40 pound bow I use as a spare for friends or women with short draws, just to be able to do multiple reps of this exercise.
With my 69 pound bow, I felt enough discomfort where my tricep meets my elbow that I thought it foolish to risk and injury by trying any further with that one.
I may keep this up with my lighter bow though. I shoot fine as it is, but it definitely seems like it could enhance bow arm stability and eliminate some of the occasional fliers perhaps.

I used to shoot at Al's range in Queens for many years, he is a very accomplished archer who helped me many times. Good to see he still teaching.
