I picked up a couple of static(steamed?) Osage recurve bows at an estate sale. The only marking on the first one is ‘Stalker’ on side of bow opposite of arrow rest

Bow # two. This one is also Osage but appears to be wrapped by the maker. It’s Osage backed with something that looks like a early glass backing. The cloth wrap makes it look like a ‘mummy’. Arrow rest plate is on outside of the wrap. No markings can be seen with wrap in place.

It’s cleaning up really nicely. First coat of Tru Oil made the color pop.
