Title: Glove soup
Post by: evgb127 on June 19, 2023, 07:56:31 PM
Working on a new glove today.  Apparently my measurements were a little off.  Time to stretch some leather…  :knothead:

Wetting leather can be used to stretch and to shrink leather. Each year I wash my Damascus clove to remove sweat and salt. After that I put it on my hand to stretch it to my hand then remove it and set it aside to dry then give it a good coating of Montana Pitch Blend.

If mine gets wet I let it dry on my hand.  Conforms to me well.
