Have not been out hunting yet due to hot weather and cataract surgery. It I’m always trying to think ahead to make it a better experience! I mounted a cat quiver lll on my Waldrop seat. Took a bit thinking but I think I got it. Now just grab the seat and my bow and off we go !

Great idea!! I use both also , would like to know how you mounted it and with what if you don’t mind? Looks like cable ties? And the rest I can’t tell? Thank you gib
-
I used cable ties. Leather strap and lace and 2 carabiners. I had to drill 2 holes in the hood !
-
I hope this helps

Chomping at the bit,.wish my Pac-seat was here already!

Great job, was thinking of that, but cannt find a catquiver anywhere. Guess safari tuff
-
Nice, are you able to access an arrow while carrying?
-
I mounted an old Simmons quiver and a drink pouch on mine. Also have a seat pad from an old tree stand that fits perfectly
-
Cool mods guys!!! Thanks for sharing.

Yes, I can get an arrow out with it on my back. Not sure I or put it back !

Great innovation guys. Thanks!

Just got done modifying the strap that adjust the amount of lean. Kinda stole the idea of the Amstel ropes some guys are using on hang on steps and stands. Anyway I used parachord cause that’s what I had. A steel would be better and I may change it to a steel in the future. Anyway I drilled a hole in the front bar and put in a #10 bolt with a piece of tubing about 3/8 long at the head so the chord didn’t rub against the threads on the bolt. Made a daisy chain fron the parachord and did away with the strap and buckle. I think the pictures will explain everything. I love it!! On mine i Got rid of all the buckles, and all the pins, and no waist belt..took 2-1/2" off the folding leg so it lets the front legs dig in while folded for tree leaning use..and the folding leg strap just floats around the corner if you still wanna fold it to the upright position..shoulder straps lower attachment is now in-between the hinge point using the 1/4" bolt..upper attachment is also now bolts..look ma no hands! :o
-
Another angle..with strap slid into leg support position
-
New shoulder strap attachment lower point..
-
One more..

I like the idea of not having to fold up the rear leg for leaning. That’s the main reason I wanted to get rid of that strap and buckle. You should try the daisy chain rope. Easy to adjust from the front , and no buckle.
So , what affects did cutting the folding leg off have on height and lean angle?
I like that you don’t have to fold it up.
-
Nice mod Mike. I might try that. Good luck this season

As far ad the adjustment goes, I made the length of the strap as long as I will ever foresee having the leg in its outback position..and then just position as needed, leaving the strap for rearward limit. Works beautifully! The leg 2-1\2" shorter did not make anything less adjustable.. Just that I don't have to buckle flip or fold the leg for any leaning..and for leg use, just fold it out to desired angle..Thats it..Silent, simple, fast, those pins and buckles bugged me every time I wanted a quick sit while still hunting..

I know this is an older thread but what I did was buy wide bottom cane bottoms on Amazon and I don’t have to fold the back bar up leaning against a tree. I didn’t want to cut my leg length so the crossmember is high enough to fit over large roots sticking up out of the ground, a problem I had with other seats.
