Is Chad still in business? I went to his site, and I received warnings not to proceed. What gives?? thanks

Dunno if he is still in business, but he seems to be having fun living off the land in Alaska.  I would try sending him a private message on here.  He is still a member and was last active in July of this year.  He posts some pretty cool videos on you tube and instagram from time to time about his adventures.
