Anyone aware of a source for 50 grain broadhead screw-in adapters? I have a handful of broadheads in that 150 grain rain that I'd like to shoot out of my bows tuned with arrows using 200 grain tips. Everything I've ever seen jumped from the long aluminum to the 75 grain steel - skips that magic 50-grain mark.
Just curious if there is a source I haven't found.

The long aluminum are 42 grains.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but I shoot a 50 gr weight screwed into the back of the insert. Think I got them from Big Jim.

I do the same thing, behind the insert.

I've been looking for the same thing. Abowyer, a sponsor here, lists a 50-grain titanium adapter, but they are out of stock. I am going to message Abowyer and see if they will be back in stock anytime soon.

Not sure if these will work but they are 10 grains....

grind the 75s down to desired weight

You can set it to have Abowyer e-mail you when an item is back in stock.

3rivers has screw-in adapters.

There are several options for the DIY people to add or subtract weight for adaptors or inserts. Grind down steel adaptors until you reach desired weight. Add solder to hollow Al adaptors to desired weight. Add a cut 8/32 screw to add weight to insert to desired weight.
Most will require a scale to determine proper weight and simple tools.
There are also many commercially available expensive options thru outfits such as 3 Rivers Archery, Big Jims Bows, or Amazon.
