I am looking to book an “adventure” type hunt soon for the next year or two and was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for a trad bow hunter. My cousin and hunting partner would be using a rifle and I would have the bow. I know some outfitters are skeptical about trad bow guys. This is not a sky is the limit hunt as far as money goes, but maybe looking for an outfitter that understands trad bow guys and has an option to bring a rifle person also. Thank you in advance for any info.

Are you looking for a spot and stalk guided hunt or a sit in a blind or treestand type hunt? The most bang for your buck would be a trip to Africa. Several outfitters in South Africa or Namibia can accomodate both types of hunting. And it's cheaper than you think.

Definitely prefer the spot and stalk options but open to anything. Used to sitting in trees and blinds chasing whitetails so something different would be great. I have heard Africa is cheaper than most Alaska hunts anymore. Reputable outfitters to me is the most important no matter where we go! Thank you.

Wild hogs are a good diy option and can be hunted fairly cheap depending on your location. Hunting the big swamps of the southeast should be enough adventure for anyone. Hogs are made for spot and stalk hunting, the limits are generous if at all, and the best part you don’t have to pay a guide.

An easy option that’s prob not crazy expensive and would work perfect is a bear hunt over dogs. If an easy shot for bow you take it. If it needs a needle threaded a rifle guy gets the shot and you’ll get your try again tomo.
And imo if you’re looking for adventure a dog hunt is good as it gets
