Ipe is awesome for compression but not stretching, I guess the fiberglass rope would work, never done it myself. :shaka:

What exactly is that piece of brass wrapped around the tips for? never seen anything like that.

Well realistically.... I think that dad burn thing would be rattling around too much the way its attached...
