Title: Bingham bow build
Post by: John johnston on January 17, 2024, 09:04:10 PM
I am wanting to try and make a longbow. Was thinking of going with the Bingham longbow starter kit. It has DVD and plans  for making forms and three different style bows.
I talked to Bingham and he is retiring. He has a limited supply. I can purchase  the DVDs and plans but will need to get lamination
elsewhere. Should I go this route or is the better option.
I am building a maple with hickory backed board bow now and want to do some laminated longbows next. Thanks

Kenny is a solid choice here. I've got a feeling he'll chime in! Best of luck!

I've heard that DVD is a big help.

I can do the lams, glass ,and glue, overlays, and all that.

Just let me know if I can help.

Hit up Kenny and get his kit, $200 for everything you need besides fire hose and clamp hardware.
