Title: Anyone try one of these?

I bought this a few months ago to help clear brush along our driveway. I wasn't sure what to expect but I have been completely pleased with it's performance. relatively light in the hand and well balanced. I got it from Amazon. It was $59 and came with two, 21V, Li Lon batteries, a battery charger and assorted tools, extra bar and chain and plastic carrying case. I've used it for wood up to 6" in diameter, mountain laurel and rhododendrons and it walks right through. The batteries last a long time.
 Before I bought it I checked the ratings on this one and the others they offered and even though it was the cheapest had the best ratings and now I know why. Best $59 I've spent in a long time.

I've never tried one of those, but we have a Dewalt 20v chainsaw with a 12" bar. It works great for clearing small trees and deadfall. My wife loves the thing because its light and handy for her and there is no fighting with internal combustion like on the bigger saws we have.

Battery powered tools have come a very long way and now often straight up out perform their corded counterparts, but usually at a higher price. $59 for yours is a steal.

Mini chainsaws are getting to be very popular. I don’t have one myself, but I did buy a 16” milwaukee saw and their pole saw. I love them both. Lightweight, powerful and quiet. I limbed a 16” ash and bucked it up for the sawmill and barely dented the battery’s charge.

Yeah, these batteries are quite long lasting.

Just last week I used a similar sized electric saw that was on a telescopic pole that my son in law purchased. I was amazed at the power they have.  I pruned  4 big plumb trees with it.

He has a battery powered hedge trimmer that is nothing short of amazing how much power and how long the batteries last…. These tools have come a long ways.

That thing shall certainly cut your bow tillering time down Pat… :biglaugh:
