Title: Antique "Parker" wooden longbow history?
Post by: DLarkin1465 on April 21, 2024, 02:40:51 PM
Hello!

I picked up an antique "Parker" longbow, 64" AMO marked 140 under the grip (back face) setup for off-the-hand shooting with an inlaid brass strike plate face.  It is a solid piece of wood with no laminations on the limbs or at the inside face of the handrest.  I Strung it up with a fresh string of appropriate length and it measures 50# @ 28" with a brace height of 7.5"

Thank you!
