Wyoming has several species that are legal to take year round. You have to have at least a 40lb bow for small stuff and a 50lb for big game.
Badgers ... need a furbearer license but legal year around.
coyotes ....
jackrabbits .... Wyoming has a lot of the white tail jacks which are VERY large, almost as big as a small white tail deer. And are very good to eat, the best tasting game animal IMO although cottontails are more likely for dinner fair. The jacks are good when young, but the bigger ones I've eaten by frying everything and then giving the hams to my russian wolfhound cross lol. Rabbit gravy is splendid ....
raccoons, skunks, porcupines, red foxes are also huntable year round it seems and are classified as predators along with coyotes and jackrabbits for some reason.
They do change this stuff a lot and seem to bury this info deeply in their rules ... always check first ....

Michigan you can hunt feral hogs year round.
And some small game like groundhogs.
-
once again, Colorado:
coyotes.
eurasian doves
prairie dogs on private land
wyoming ground squirrels
and prairie rattlers are legal from june to august which could help keep you hunting year around ....
They change this stuff often so always check regs first ...

Pigs, jackrabbits and ground squirrels can be hunted year-round in California. Maybe other species as well, but those are the ones I’m sure of.
-
NY has a bunch of unregulated stuff
-
California hunt deer,Black Bears, elk,Turkey, and we can hunt hogs year round
-
Illinois coyotes can be hunted year around, but must have a hunting license. 30# is the minimum bow weight for big game. Was told by a game warden that any bow weight is legal for squirrels so assume the same for other small game.
-
PA, coyotes no season no limit. I think starlings are the same as well.
-
Can hunt coyotes and hogs every day of year here in Oklahoma
-
Idaho
-
Including hogs, you can in Oklahoma
-
Montana has many small game and predator species that can be hunted year round.
-
You can hunt hogs 365 in Arkansas and hunt deer 5 months out of the year..
-
Mountain Lion is open year round in Oregon, units have quotas but are seldom met. No hounds.
-
Mississippi and Louisiana

Arizona, looks like rabbits and fur bearing predators like yotes are all I could find in current reg book. I don’t count sparrows and some other birds as game animals

Don’t forget Alaska. There are many interior units where black bear season is open year round. A few units with grizzly open year round. There are also resident areas where caribou is open year round. Also units with beaver and coyote having no closed season. The reality of hunting year round here isn’t terribly practical as the state is so huge and really I get enough adventure each year that I need breaks to regroup for the next one anyways! A bit different than driving down the road or even just driving a few hours to another area of the state to hunt.

Thanks Ben, adding it now....
