This is a well beaten topic I’m sure. So many opinions. I was wondering about thoughts on some of the more durable arrows. I have a set for another bow, the gt trad classics xt. These are micro diameter shafts with the footing/collar. They are very heavy per inch in the same spine rating as many others. I’m sure the way the carbon is made makes a difference. But just looking at the gpi, I would imagine heavier would mean thicker and likely more durable wouldn’t it?

Yes, most times and the radial wrapped shafts are tuffer. Not sure who all make radial wraps, most all could be now, but when I started with carbons that arrow dynamics were the only ones. After shooting them for over 20 years, they are tuff as nails.
How heavy are you wanting total weight and what will your bhead weigh?
