Just playing around, limbs are Black Hunter LB , ILF Riser is from Osage that has been down for years on the property I hunt. Riser is hand made, don't have a cnc anymore.

Nice work, it looks great, is the riser laminated or solid?
-
Very nice..

Barry, it is solid Osage from a limb on the tree, naturally dried. I like seeing the knots and cracks and the color that it will be in a couple months.

Beautiful bow. Old Osage like that has beautiful colors plus great character. Kind of hard, though.

Beautiful work

I like that Osage, for some unknown reason it just catches my eye lately. I wonder if there is a finish that would help retain the yellowish color? If Osage is anything like Cherry it would darken even if it wasn’t exposed to the outside sun light.

Still making nice bows Bob. Love that Osage!

Would love to know how you converted a BH Limb into an ILF limb

Pete, CNC is the best way. But a sander and drill press will also work. Not hard at all, after you have done a few.

Looks like a Morrison to me with the pinecones and snakeskin. You always did a good job with those!
One of my favorite all time Morrison footed risers had Narly Osage with Coco bolo and 2 pinecones. It was a Shawnee riser and a beauty!!!

That grip looks just like the one on a bow you made me a long while back sir. I’ve never had another as nice.

Love my Morrison! have had it for many moons!

Bob, what length bow did you end up with?
