Looking for the name and contact info for a Bowyer in Molalla Oregon.  Was told it was "high Hill" or something of that sort.

You might also be thinking about Wes Wallace, very near Molalla.  I think he is on Highland Rd or something similar.

The information WINDTALKER gave is what you are looking for.  
Boone Ellis is the Bowyer - His Company name is  High Hill Bows.  He does not have a website active at this time.
