JOhn, I bought some the other day from an individual and he shipped htem to me From AZ to MO, Wrapped in ceran wrap, the kitchen wrap that you use to put over the top of food to keepit fresh, he then wrapped them in bubble wrap and they were all in perfect condition.

thanks that sound like a cool idea anybody have any more advice thanks :) :) :)

go to a carpet store and pick up a carpet tube, usually free. cut it to size, wrap in bubble wrap and mail away. I use USPS as they seem to work the best for me.

You can buy arrow boxes at Three Rivers, or the post office sells tubes for mailing things.

Doesn't wrapping them in plastic wrap or bubble wrap matte the feathers down???? If there no feathers on them they aren't arrows they are shafts!!!

I do what Jon Stewart said, best solution I've found, I've shipped bows that way too.

The PO has those triangular boxes.......they work great and they are free!! They will send them right to your home. Free!

thanks keep em coming how do i prevent fletching damage
-
Just wrap the arrows from below middle on down. Don't wrap the fletching. Put them into the tube and then put some crumpled paper on the feather end just to keep the arrows from moving around.

I usually use the trangular priority mail boxes bjorn mentions. I put 6 in one way and 6 in the other way with crumpled paper top and bottom to keep them from sliding back and forth in the tube.

Go to the Post Office and get some of the Priority Mail tubes that are triangular. They are free.
