This is what Bob's speaking of for any of you that have not seen one yet. This is by far the best three blade heavy weight out there. The one pictured shatered a rib on entry and completly passed though the shoulder blade of a 200# bear.I took five hogs earlier this year with the same head. It's 300gr and pack alot of whallop. As for sharpening they are the easiest thing I've sharpened yet. If you like Extreme FOC this is you answer.

I was hunting with Bob last weekend and got to see those broadheads shot into trees, rocks, dirt, stumps, target butts, etc. -- just about everything other than animals    :banghead:   -- and they are just about indestructible. Before the weekend was over I had ordered half a dozen, which is a pretty darned expensive purchase. On the other hand, besides losing a broadhead, there is not much that would make it where I needed any more too soon. They do sharpen easily, cut like crazy and are made of some incredible steel. JC Coots shot an arrow tipped with a big 300 grain field point and hit the rear edge of one of the blades on the Xtreems that was attached to another arrow he had just shot, and to our amazement half the front of the field point got sheared off without any sign of the Xtreem even being hit. The steel reminds me of the S30V blades I have on some of my knives. The Xtreem is one tough broadhead! When David Stinson says he has shot 5 hogs and a deer with the same head and it is still going strong, I believe it and am not even surprised.

Bob, are there any plans of making the same type of broadhead but in lower grains?

Thanks for the offer LOL but I dought I'll be buying any to soon since I made my own 3 blade screw in heads from 440 SS bar stock solid 1 pc .....cost me a lot more than 25$ each too,a real lot more    :biglaugh:

I'm sure their tuff heads that'll work well

There are no plans for a lighter head at this time, If you want heavier try 50 or 100 grains inserts.
If your time is worth anything your will have that much labor in the head. I would rather be hunting than making broadheads.

You got that right Bob making BH's ain't cheap at all if ya had to put a price on your time.I suspect the tooling for molding those 300 extremes cost a bit right up front and it'll take a few runs to break even...nice job they look awesome
