50,

I have a Striker Extreme that I bought second hand and it is serving me well.  I called Rick Ellis (owner of Striker) about it when I first got it and he took the time to give me any info I wanted.  I have talked with Rick several times - always enjoyable.  Anything specific you need to know?

Here is a link to the two bows that Rick donated to Trad Gang that ended up in the St. Judes Auction earlier this year.  They were hunted with by many of the folks here and you can read their comments.

50,
I own a Striker Select 3pc Takedown.  Rick is a top notch fella who I had the pleasure to meet last year in PA.  The primary thing I like about these bows are there lack of hand shock a real dead bow in the hand.  Really great bow I've taken four deer with mine this year.  Heres some pics.  Joe  (http://i248.photobucket.com/albums/gg177/Joe-Mart/P1000194.jpg) (http://i248.photobucket.com/albums/gg177/Joe-Mart/P1000166.jpg) (http://i248.photobucket.com/albums/gg177/Joe-Mart/P1000468.jpg)

I have a Striker, Stinger and I love it. It’s a fast and smooth drawing bow.

Great looking deer Tony, have you been holding out on us? Did you take him this year?

I have a Striker SlapStik longbow and took my first Buck using traditioanl archery with it. I love the bow and plan to use it for a long time to come. Rick Ellis has a great reputation to do business with.

i have 2 striker stingers, and will take delivery on a new stinger takedown after the first of the year, i can tell you,it would be hard to find a better bow or person in the bussiness of archery. his quality is unmatched, and he cares if your happy with his bow when you buy it from him. i only shoot a striker bow, and have no plans of changing it. he has become a good friend. I'm still saving my nickels for one, but I can say wholeheartedly that Rick is some of the finest "people" you will ever find.

His bows are fantastic, as is his craftsmanship, and personality. I have shot several, and got the pleasure of spending two weeks with "HOPE".

Absolutely NO WAY can you go wrong by buying one of his.

If you shoot one and like it, then it is a good bow for you. Like any bow, you need to shoot it first.

The craftmanshp is very good.
