I shipped the new small game head I designed and am producing to 3Rivers and they are about ready to release them! The first ones are going to be 125gr. and 145gr. weights and then we will possibly go with 175 and 200gr. They should have pictures of them on their web soon. Let me know how you like them. :)
Thanks,
Boomer

I'm waiting.....what are the heads called ? Any chance of a sneak peek of them ?
-
I think they are going to be called 3Rivers small game head, but I will let them choose the name and release the photographs.

Are they the ones called the "Hammer"?
-
"Are they the ones called the "Hammer"? "
Nope this is something brand new.
-
Sorry I guess they did end up calling it the "Hammer".
It is on their web now under small game heads.
-
they look great! but the price ($5.99) i think is a little excesive. i dont mean to sound harsh, but that part can be mass produced by a screw machine for pennies.
i would love to buy some, but it would cost me a small fortune to fill my quiver....

I went to the sponsors link and couldn't find them.

BUMMER- no glue ons.....yet?
b.glass- look under "new items"
These do look like they would work well.

They look great I may have to pick some up and try them. They are $5.99 for a 3 pack which is $2 a pc. The Ace Hex Blunts are $8.99 for 6 which is $1.50 a pc. So in reality there is not much difference and if they are a better head then it would be worth it. My question is when I shoot Hex Blunts they still tend to still slide under leaves and junk while stump shooting which is why I still use Judos. Do these stay on top of the leaves are grass better than the Hex Blunts??
-
Jamie,
If it were just a screw machine job they would be cheaper, but they require mill work also and they are heat treated.

my appologies jeff... i didnt see that they come in a 3 pack.. im sorry.
i will most deffinatly order some, i need something tough for shauns bunnies in feb!!
and that head looks like the deal.. :knothead:

I would also like to know if they slide under leaves and grass. I have had the same experience at Tim, with the hex head. Are you going to come out with heavier ones? I think there are alot of carbon arrow shooters shooting heads 175 grains and up, myself included. Would love to see some 175, 200, 250, and 300 grain heads.
-
No problem Jamie, I hope you like them.
Tim, they are 1/2 inch in diameter so they do grab better than the hex blunts which helps them from getting burried under leaves and grass as much.

what is he diameter of the head?
rusty
-
I'd love to see some 300 grainers.
-
I am making 175 and 200gr. at the current time. So they will probably release these soon.

I found them! They look pretty wicked!
-
I like the looks of them! Are you going to make glue ons?
-
I put some Adder points under the Hex heads to give them some teeth and to be easier to find in leaves, etc. I'll check these heads out too...
-
How bout posting a link to where they are listed on the 3 rivers site...I've looked a dozen different ways and the listing doesn't show.
-
They look awesome. Gonna have to pick up a few. Nice work, I'll be waiting for some 200's Skippy

Those heads are nice! Do you plan on a glue on anytime soon?
-
We will have to see about making glue ons on the future, but for right now you guys will have to use the glue on adapters that 3Rivers sells.
Thanks,
