Title: I Need Your Help
Post by: waiting4fall on March 23, 2009, 10:23:00 PM
The main purpose of flying to Rick's home this past weekend, was to work on the website. Rick's a sponsor here, so it's all good. Will you click the link to the site, & look around on the different pages? I want to know if anyone has trouble watching the videos that will auto play, when it's web page opens up. Rick told me 2 guys called him, yesterday, and I want to see if there is a problem. When I go through each page I have no problems. Thanks very much.

For the ones that can't see the videos auto play once the page is opened, please let me know what type & version of web browser you are using to view the website. I'm going to send this thread to the web hosting company, so they can resolve this *&%#&&@&%_)_))())*# issue, thanks very much for your help.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox and have a cable business class internet connection with a 15mbps download speed. Everything is working great except the auto videos are not working. Video player comes up when page loads but screen is blank, when you click play nothing happens. Guess video isn't loading.
Other than that site layout and info seems to be designed well.
Good job so far! Finished site should be great once all the bugs are killed.

Video player came up after I OK'ed it with my security stuff, played fine. Clicked on the online store link and the same video played. Now I have to go walk the dog and go to work, so I can't experiment more right now.

Killdeer~ I love the banner pic of the sun through the trees.

Dave, when I click on the link, the website starts to come up....however, before it is fully "engaged", it goes to the Gateway Search Page, with the message "Sorry, we could not find  https://0.0.0.0/.   Here are some related websites:"

Just a quick bit of feedback about the autoplay videos...I don't like them, and tend to close any webpage that has them.  I figure if I want to play a video, I know enough to click on the thing and play it.  Also, I tend to browse by opening multiple webpages at once (using IE 7 or Google Chrome) and multiple autoplay videos makes for cacophony!

Just my two cents worth.
