Need recommendation on black bear guides. Would prefer to hunt areas that have blonde colored bears available. This will be a whole new experience for me.

To keep it on the cheap buy a Colorado tag hunt during muzzleloader and ask all the orange coats were they so one. Most will tell you right where the gutpile is.

If you're looking for a spring hunt, you could call Ted Fry @ Raptor Archery...he helps with a camp in Idaho, I believe they have a good number of color phase bears....
Also might check w/ Lambley's Hunts From the Heart. Jason is the brother of Bryce (Wary Buck). Hunts in Alberta and Manitoba.
Check these links:

BTW, if you don't mind hunting where there are very few blonde bears, check out the Bear Quest hunt in Quebec...lots of bears, up close and personal

Wolfcreek Outfitters in High Level Alberta, lots of bears and color phases. He used to do a spring hunt but now only fall hunts--Good Luck!
