a new hog i took just last week with my Liberty "ENGLISH" 50# @ 27 "..... an hr a half stalk through the prickles.... the shot at 12 metres ... 20 metre final run to its final resting spot .
a fine tasting beast ,,,,

i'll post the other hogs from the trip when i get home ... this was a great eating pig ... slowly stewed for about 5 hrs with a bag of vegies...too good. these pigs live on the prickly pear tree and there meat is very tender and tasty and that is coming from someone who usually doesn't eat pork .
