Title: BUTCHER IN NORTH JERSEY ?

ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD BUTCHER IN NORTHERN NJ ? IF SO PLEASE PM ME WITH INFO , I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

funny you should ask this,i'm looking for one around the berks county area for this upcoming season.

If I may add another option, buy a meat grinder and do it your self if wanting deer burger or sausage.  I've done my own for the past two years.  Average price for deer thats already quartered up at local butchers here in NC is 60-80 bucks for med-large size deer.  I did 8 deer last year for not even half that.

Just throwing that out there.  It's alot easier to do than one would think.  I know I wouldn't use a butcher agian for deer.

Disregard if needing a butcher for some other reason that processing deer.  Good luck!   :thumbsup:

try alpine meats in Blairstown on rt. 94 they do stuff for our venison diner,go in talk to them ahead of time to confirm. they are good.
