So me and a couple of friends are going on a hunt and we are gonna use only selfbows, bone points or stone points. Anyway I am making some bone points and I am wondering if I should make a serated edge or just sharpen normal?

Here's a couple of examples, the results of using them and the story... Wood, Sinew, Bone and Stone (http://tradgang.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=4;t=000130)

I've been building selfbows for 20 years and I this same inkering about 10 years ago.I've never used bone points I knapped my heads out of texas flint and river cain.I killed 3 bucks a doe and 2 spring turkeys in 3 years.
Texas flint it's hard, durable and sharpen's really well.Never had one break.
