I know the bow wood questions are about to wear all of yall out, but I have another one. I am going to order a new Robertson Tribal Styk. I have decided on Bocote limbs. The question I have is about the 2nd wood. I was wondering if Brazilian Rosewood would look good when paired up with Bocote?
I just love the grain in Bocote. I need a wood that would make it stand out while still looking like it belongs in the bow.
I thought the hardest part was getting the wife to agree that I needed ANOTHER bow. Then I started trying to make the wood selections... This is the hard part. :knothead:

Osage looks really nice with Bocote.

Osage does go well with bacote. Walnut would look nice too.

hard to beat cocobola with bacote. I have two bows with that combination. Never seen rosewood with it but that and ebony might be nice with it.

I have and had several Robertson and I love both Bocote and Cocobolo or brasilian by the way,but i think together they don't lok good.I would go with Ebony or a lighter color wood.
