Would like to hear your likes and dislikes of these quivers . Thanks
-
In my opinion the best traditional bow mount quiver available. I have several. Strap On's for one piece bows, Side Mounts for recurves and Quick Mounts for takedowns. Love the looks of them and with the minimal weight they balance out a bow very well. Replacement parts are readily available, lifetime warranty and add the fact that Rick is a great guy to deal with. For a side quiver the Rod Jenkins Safari Tuff quivers are as good as it gets.

I second Yellow Dog.You can't go wrong.
-
Love my quick detach on my widow. Wish they came in 7 or 8 arrow but are about perfect besides that.
Very light too compared to the other comperable side mounts.
-
With the Quick Mount quivers you can use either a lefthanded or righthanded quiver on your takedown. It just depends on whether or not you want the quiver to line up with the riser or not.I have a righthanded BW PCH III but use a lefthanded quick mount quiver.
-
I like how light they are and how quiet they are. I really have no complaints on them, IMO the best quiver for the money.
-
Can I fit 5 2 blade Phantoms in them? Hows the feather clearance?
-
I use a Sidekick, it is very "minimal" and I have found nothing not to like.
-
anybody else?
-
Love mine. I'd order another in a heartbeat. I like quivers that keep the arrows parallel to eachother-- I think it looks good. I have good fletching clearance and the hood has a rubber cover so you don't have bits of foam leaking out when removing arrows. The quick mount for the takedown is great when I'm trying to get my bow in a case for travel.
Some trivial points, but things that set it apart.

I love mine. I use the standard longbow strap-on model. Works great on bows with lighter risers. I shoot better with mine on. Super convenient in the field. I've found none better.
-
Clearance is plenty. Get one, and thank us later!
-
Good clearance even with over sized feathers I have the strap on and the quick detach both solid, quiet and good looking.
-
Great quiver love mine
-
No nonsense...built to hunt.
-
I agree with LimbLover, I bought a strap on at the K-Zoo show for my Bama Longbow which has a small riser, works great and is easy on and off and very stable!
-
The hood gives good room for broadheads?
-
Loaded up with 5 Zwickey Delta's.

GT Adjustable is my fav

The hoods are a little short for longer BH's-so I extended these with a bit of leather.

Mike, those deltas are bigger then my Phantoms.I think I know what quiver I'm getting.

I have two quick detach quivers for take down recurves, but I addapted one with straps so I can mount it on one piece recurve. For packing into remote areas for a couple of weeks I just piggy-back them on the trip in so I have 10 arrows in camp. I then just take one off and hunt out each day with 5. I did however, shoot a coyote during one of my pack outs while both quivers were side mounted. They work great for Woodsman broad heads. Mike

Best one out there.

You can't go wrong, love mine!

I have two. The one on my Widow is actually a RH quiver on my LH bow (quick detach limb bolt model) - this keeps the quiver in line with my riser instead of jutting towards the string. It does make getting the arrows out that are inside towards the riser though. However, mine is a 5-arrow quiver. I consider the back 2 arrows spares anyway.
I like my norherns. I have Thunderhorn also and like it -- riser mount screws. I only shoot recurves and don't like the strap-on style quiver. Even though I have these quivers, I may not use them to hunt with (a couple of my favorite recurves don't have limb bolts or riser threads). I don't like the change in weight and balance of a bow quiver. I'll likely use a hip-quiver.
-
I love my quick mount...can't beat it.

GN quivers have been carrying my arrows for over 15 years. I've tried a few others, but keep coming back to the GN. I do bend the lower wire so the fletch will come back inside the bow.
-
There's a few in the classified. Mite wanna check them out.
-
Clever idea Herdbull.
-
Great idea, Mike! I have two and love them both. I've tried lots of quivers over the yrs. but GN fits my needs best.
-
I have 3 and have no complaints whatsoever. Don't know that you could ask for a better piece of equipment. It does what it was designed to do and it does it in great fashion.
-
Have a couple of strap on and a side mount I use on my Bear T/D wood risers.
-
I have a couple of the strap on models that are adjustable.
Great Quivers
-
have 2, love em, lite weight and quiet
-
Does anyone use the Sidekick?
-
Love 'em. Have 3 of them. My only complaint; the non-adjustable longbow model is too short for full length arrows. Too much arrow hanging out past the gripper causing vibration. I hope to modify it this year by buying an extra arm from Rick and turning in into an adjustable model.
