Guys I'm thinking of refinishing my Black Widow PSR. Any ideas on the cost ? I would be sending it to them. No way I'm doing it myself. Also would you recommend anyone else.

I talked to Vern of BW a few months ago on a reduction & refinish of my dads 25th Anniversary Greybark Curve, I believe he said $225.00 total ...
-
I think doing the refinish only is about $150, give or take $25.

Give Whip a call..He's GREAT at wht he does!

Thanks Rick. I have my prices listed on my website at the link in my signature line below.
I'm on my way to WY and working on my phone right now - might be out of service in the mountains next week. Send an email or leave a message if you have any questions and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

My MAII was refinished a year or so ago and it was around $225 shipping and all. It was totally worth it and the bow came back brand new and perfectly and professionally refinished. Widow will treat you right.

That being said though, there are lots of folks refinishing bows who could tackle the job like Whip. My only advice is to have someone do it who has good experience and is confident in what they do.

Black Widow gets $150 for a complete bow, plus shipping back to you.

They use marine epoxy @ BW. I would just send it back to them?? It's going to cost about that much where ever you send it??
-
One thing is for certain. If you send your bow to Black Widow, it will look like an authentic Black Widow finish when you get it back. Your bow will look new again.

Two-Tracks will refinish bows also, Give Chuck a call he's a great guy to deal with.
