Unfortunatley, because of some negative remarks, we decided to stick to Just "BigJim" broadheads. We will however still reward the three finalists with there bh's.
thanks, bigjim

I'm sorry to hear that. It sure was fun reading all the response's.

That's what I'm talking about! Can you PM me some pricing?

Very Cool heads Jim....very cool. I added the pic for ya. Call me sometime and I'll show ya how to add a photo......its a piece of cake.
I have some Arrow Dynamics Golds from nearly a decade ago that I had put up....I just found them by accident. I remember them being way too stiff....even though they were lighter in weight. I found this out after I had painted them all up snazzy and jazzed em up with a custom by me feather cut.
I think these heads will make em bend enough....and the arrows will not be much heavier overall than my normal arrows.
I'll take 3.

bigJim, Do You think You'll get them in a Glue-On.. For Us woodie shooters?
-
TTT
-
mysticguido- I should have the glue on's any day. They are being plated as we speak. I only have a relatively small order of those coming. Of course if they sell well, I can have more made, but it will take a few weeks.
If you are interested in the glue on's, you should call and reserve some.
They will weigh in at 250g and of the same size.
thanks, bigjim
-
Tells us again how much they weigh and how wide they are.
-
I just ordered a few to play with!
-
Cherokee, the screw in are 300gr. and the glue-on are 250gr. They have a 1 1/2" cutting diameter.
-
Cool!!!!!!
-
have you done any endurance testing with the prototype? what material are they made of?
-
They are made of the same steel and design as the terminators only a lot bigger. We have had to dig them out of trees and dirt a good bit.
I would stand back at 50 + yards and launch them at a target, apparently too small to hit, just to see if they would fly off course. Unfortunatly my range is a bit inside 50 yards, but the arrows flew true and hit with great force. As of yet, have not dammaged one.
thanks, bigjim
-
Just got mine. Looking forward to trying them this weekend. Big Jim did you get the money order?

very nice Looking heads Jim!
Iv been killing a bunch of stuff with the Terminator 300s and im happy to see a bit more width, bigger the better
-
those are awsome looking heads. it's sad about the name ideas, i don't know the negitive comments, mad because you didn't chose there idea?? it was nice that you would even consider our ideas. i personally think you should chose one, most of us like your heads, the others don't have to or have buy them. i'm looking forward to hearing about the kills with them.
-
Shot them yesterday. Very nice. Big Jim did you get the Money Order?
-
Jeff- I got it and promptly spent it!
I'm hoping to get a chance to test them on game this year, but it is still busy here and no sign of anything changing (thats good).
My heads are flying perfectly from my Arrow Dynamics hammerhead heavyweights. Wow! you want to talk about foc.
I haven't had a chance to check much of anything else. I've found that my draw length has changed. I guess all this draw weight has stretched my arms. Used to shoot 30.5" arrows, now my BH's are all hitting the riser!

Thanks Jim, those heads do look nice! No whistling vents, nice angle of attack on the blades (MA), integral 8-32 threaded shank, ready-made pyramid point, all a chap needs now is mint jelly and a bottle of wine for the venison :D
-
I'll settle for some teryaki sause for marinade and Bud Lite.
Bigjim
-
Naw Jim, you're just gettin Stronger, and stay with the Bud Light, Job Security for ME !!! Nice Lookin Heads !!
-
THOSE HEADS ARE FLAT WICKED! I NEED SOME! :notworthy:
And I love the terminators, my favorite head of all time, to this point. can't wait to send them thru a couple elk this year.
For me, its a micro brew and marinade on a grilled stake. however...I 'm interested to hear more details on the mint jelly thing?
-
Elkbreath, I tell the missus it's "lamb", hence the mint jelly.
What does she know? ;)
-
Jim whats the RC hardness and blade thickness?
thanks
-
50 RC and .045 blade thickness.
-
I got mine....these things are wicked!!!
-
