Well, It breaks my heart but my little girl starts her first day of school tomorrow. No more hanging around the house with Dad and hunting for pink arrows??? I swear after we got home she took it to the bathroom and even to bed with her. (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v731/stringcutter/Mobile%20Uploads/cp1_0821001918a.jpg)
She's grown up to fast for my liking!!!! I swear I hope she turns into a tomboy. How great that be???

Enjoy it while you can. Everyone told me that, and I'm thankful I specifically did it each day. My girl is almost 17 now and just yesterday she was this age doing the same thing. Take lots of pictures, video if you can, and keep a journal...you'll really love it later!

Agreed, my 8 year old is going into 3rd grade & I cherrish each day I have with her, doing what ever we can outside as we can.
There's always after homework that y-all can get into stuff..

It goes by way too fast.
The hardest part for me is remembering that I always taught mine to think for herself and then getting all bent out of shape when her thinking didn't go along with mine.
True confession.
Shame on me!
God bless,Mudd

My son started his first day of kindergarten last week. They grow up way too fast.

My oldest started 1st grade this year. It is really hard to imagine how fast they grow up. We all need to make time to be with them and show 'em we love 'em, they grow too fast.

My daughter just turned 19, time sure does fly.

I can't believe her very first day and they put my baby girl on the wrong bus.... I was not happy!!

I am with you guys, my boy started 1st grade this week. Luckily the driver didn't realize where he lived and turned around... not ended up on the wrong bus. I wouldn't be very happy either.
Be sure to make those memories while they are still under our "control". Someone mentioned taking pictures and video. Good advise, just remember to get yourself in some of those pictures... I have a bunch of my family...minus me.
Saturday is going to be shooting day at my house! Time to break out the arrows and balloons!
Happy hunting and shooting.

Well she promised me a trophy if she won one. She stated that it was the only way I was going to get one.( she's seen me shoot)..But then she wouldn't give up her first place trophy to me... Thanks Dixie Bowmen for the shoots. You are truely making memories that will last a life time for us. (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v731/stringcutter/Mobile%20Uploads/cp1_cp1_0918001525.jpg)

Yep, time flys by, my baby girl is now 25 and has a baby girl of her own, all 5 are grown up now and most of the grands still around on Guam are young adults, still got a couple of young grands but they are in Texas. Sure miss the little ones. Savor every moment cause they grow up so fast.
