I have a Kanati on order but I don't think I'll have it in time to use this season. I think I can make do with my Saluki tho. Good luck with yours.

I'll be hunting with my new Dale Stahl T/D recurve and my new to me Crow Creek Black Feather longbow/recurve.  I say recurve on the Black Feather because Elmer is in the process of building a new matching set of recurve limbs to go with my longbow limbs while he is refinishing the bow for me.

I'm already hunting with my new "The Stick" recurve by Tim Strickland:LH, 58", 46# @ 25.5" - lost camo finish.  Ironically, "The Stick" has a metal riser - very narrow, super comfortable and proper form-promoting grip.

Crow Creek Black Feather,  62", #50@28,    so far this one is shooting the best for me, so it will be my go to bow unless something else surges to the lead.

I'll be usin' a bow made by one of our own, Brad Jansen.  Brad makes some fine bows and is fine guy to deal with.  I've got 2 of his "Shawnee Elites".  Correction....I've got one, and my wife has one   ....perfect match.  After shootin' that bow I knew I "needed" one for me.

Here's pics, mine is on the right.....

My new Habu Vyperkahn w/triple carbon LB limbs.

This bow performs for me unlike any that I have owned in the past. I may have to take another bow to the woods until I verify that this one is legal.

My wife's New NAT just arrived.  Pretty little bow!  She says I cannot shoot it, load it, and doesn't want me putting anymore finger prints on it until she gets home.

I used a very new to me 60" 58# Kwyk Styk for my successful Keni Black Bear hunt in May.

I will be using an awesome 60" 56# Schafer 3 piece that I scored from Thomas Burns, in a trade a short while back. Great shooting, excellent grip, smooth, fast bow,   :wavey:

Purchased a new Martin Mamba Recurve Bow.. 50lb 28" draw two weeks before father's day. Father's day I fell in the yard and broke my arm at the wrist. Had surgey and a plate inserted in my arm.
While recovering from the broken arm my shoulder froze up. Called a "frozen shoulder"..never heard of it until then. Was hitting the heart of a 3d deer at 35 yards.. 9 out of 10 times before breaking my arm. Now can only pull my bow back 2 inches.Deer season probably gone this year..but have a bear hunt scheduled this spring.Going through withdrawls wanting to shoot my new bow.  :banghead:
