the hood of my quiver has foam inside where the broadheads go how do you guess keep your arrows tight in the wood after a couple shots my arrows start to slide out and need to be pushed back in. any ideas

I believe the lower gripper has more to do with holding the arrows. Try a gripper made for small dia shafts.

I agree too the bottom gripper has more to do with them sliding out.What quiver are you using? I've seen the slide-on Selway's,if you don't get them too slide on past the fades they are on the working part on the limb.So when you shoot the bow that keeps pulling the arrows down.

I use a Selway and had the same problem. It is partly to do with the hood foam and partly with the gripper. I put a new foam in the hood and put some toothpick pieces in between the grippers, problem solved. Be sure to put a dab of glue on the hood foam to keep it snug inside the hood because it can work out a little if you shoot all of the arrows you have in your quiver when practicing.

Maybe if you don't store the arrows in it until you go hunting. Take them out after every hunt. The rubber will stretch or build memory to the shafts if you leave them in the quiver grips all the time.Or they may be dried up and have cracks. You can use wire trash bag ties to squeeze the arrow notch together and then warm it up and put it in the freezer(with the ties on it). this may help it reform to a tighter grip point.
