It is all Myrtle. The riser is some special dark Myrtle he had and he says it is much nicer in person. It sure looks great. I cannot wait to lay my hands on her. Thanks for the comments guys. She is 58" AMO and I ask for low fifties @ 28" split finger tiller.

Wow, that is some beautiful wood! Sort of reminds me of my favorite dessert -- root beer float! I love Myrtle but it sure is difficult to find the right mix of light and darks.

Naw, I do not have to catch up Steve, I have been shooting my zebrawood TT for over a month now and it is with me in Texas right now and hopefully will put some arrows trough some critters starting the 19th.
That thing is "UGLY" Bubba,SWEET!

Louis, no he has not he worked over a week and we are going to see the grandbabies when he gets off on Thursday so it maybe another 2-3 weeks before he gets to shoot it- when we get home he has a LONG list of honey do's- but if my Christmas present is good then I may let him pass on the honey do list and play with his new toy
