Title: Stone Points
Post by: skippy1 on February 26, 2011, 09:37:00 PM: I would love to make up some stone tipped arrows. Does anyone here knap? I would love to talk to you about it and see if we could work out some sort of deal or trade for some points. Thanks for taking the time to look.

But get on PA theres lots of knappers there that will fix you up. But let me say a matching set artn't cheap. It's not cheap to make your own. Unless you qurray your own rock.

Post by: bondo on February 27, 2011, 05:05:00 PM: MR. Steele has it correct, a good napper can get points close to the same weight, plus or minus 5-10 grns. A matching set of points like that are hard to find and are not cheep.
