Title: Dipping Wood Arrows ????

Awhile back i saw a post on here with a link for how to make a dip tank, does anybody have a link to that or one that would help me get started. Not nuch in the how to sect. Thanks.

You can buy a plastic, resealable dip tube from 3 Rivers or Kustom Kinf for less money than you could build a dip tank.

I built one, today now giving it a try, i saw a post on here that was a utube of how to dip and how to build one.

I made mine out of scrap PVC I had laying around. I used 1.5 and 1". Getting ready to try the Eco Dipper from 3 Rivers and may ditch my old dip tubes if it works as advertised with my coatings.

Im using the one i built this morn, so far so good. It seems to work great.

If you built it from PVC be wary if you use any solvent thinners.

Im using poly water base so there is no thinning, But i'll deffinatly keep that in mind though. Thanks.   :thumbsup:

I'm sure leaking out $50 of Bohning paint all over the back porch has led to the demise of many a diy fletchers, the married ones anyway.
