Title: Muzzy Phantoms 200 / 220
Post by: Stoutstuff on June 08, 2011, 12:37:00 AM
Any experiences with the Muzzy Phantom's? Thinking of using them in 2 blade as an alternative to $80+ broadheds...  Am I just being cheap?

The muzzy phantom 2 blades at 200grs are a great choice.  I've had nothing but great results from these broadheads.  I even know others who have opted for Muzzy 2 blades as their "go to" broadhead for water and cape buffalo.

That is the only Broadhead I have been using for 3 years now I love the flight and penetration as a two blade

My personal preference is the NAP Razorcap but I have a drawer full of Phantoms that I would not hesitate to use on anything I hunt. They fly straighe and you would be hard pressed to find one that penetrated as well.

I use the 220's.  I just like the big bleeder blades...makes a nasty hole.  Plus...they fly well, there quite, durable, priced nice, and easy to resharpen.

I've taken a lot of hogs with the two and 4 blade steel phantoms and love them. They really keep a razor sharp edge and are one tough broadhead.
