Title: Looky what my uncle brought me....

So my uncle and I were talking about trad archery one day and he looked at me and said, "I have a green Bear in my garage that I haven't shot for probably 20 years." My eyes lit up and jaw dropped "YOU HAVE A KODIAK MAG!!" He said, "yeah that sounds right, I'll bring it with me next time I come up." (He's from southern Texas) Luckily he came back to KS a week later for wedding. He brought it to me and sure enough a mint condition beautiful K-Mag. I took out to the bale and was shocked at how fast, smooth, and how hard it hit. After 8 shots my arrows were touching at 12 yards, so I did what anybody would do. I text my uncle a picture of the group and asked his price. Well he didn't sell it to me but told me to take care of it    :goldtooth:

I bet your uncle was almost as happy as you.

Next time he comes up, have some nice arrows all set up for it and re-introduce him to it.  :D

Very cool indeed.  I guess it does pay off to be nice to family, always a reward there somewhere.
