Title: Independence Day touched me deeply
Post by: Larry Surtees on July 04, 2011, 11:30:00 PM
I received a text tonight from one of our own about spending the day with a Vet.  I was so touched by it that I took the liberty to share with all of you.

Way to go TERRY GREEN and your trad family!!!!  Can't think of a better way to spend this day like you did today!  BTW those 2 daughters are knockouts!

Hope you didn't mind me sharing this, but this is what's all about!

This is Colonel Glenn D. Frazier a WWII POW VET.

You are raising those girls right Mr. Green!!....... Here's a link to a you tube video made by a 15 year old girl. This young lady has a better grasp on life than most adults I know.....   Remember Me (http://youtu.be/ervaMPt4Ha0)

Thank you to all our site vets for your service.... Terry

Went down to the VA today. Too many heroes, not enough recognition for the sacrifices.

Thanks to all you who helped the vets
