Just thought I would share what I have been using. It works great on older bows with a flatter shelf area. I have been using the self adhesive felt pads for the bottom of chairs. Tou can pick up a pack of 8 two inch round pcs for around 2 bucks. They wear great. They are thick enough to give you a slightly raised arrow rest without going to a stck on rest like the bear weather rest. I'll try to post some picks when I get home.

Great idea. I'm going to try it.

Just starting to use them. I placed on on my longbow just to try it out but have not had an opportunity to test it yet.

They seem to hold up just fine. The one in the pic is on a bear mag A riser. It's been on there since I refinished the bow last year.

Excellent stuff. They also work great behind a deer mount to allow air behind them and you can tuck any errant hair back there too.
They actually make spacers to do that for deer mounts and pretty much look like the same thing.
thanks
God Bless

That is a great idea that I forgot about while trying to come up with a rest for my old Hoyt Super Pro Hunter that I picked up. Thanks for the reminder :wavey:
