Just came in this afternoon. This thing is sooo smoooth. Stacking GT5575s with 170gr Zwickey's right were they're supposed to go. 62", 44# @ 28" and a grip that just wants me to hold it.

Very nice Congrats!!
-
Now that's a pretty bow right there. You're right about that grip, it just screams out to be held. Congrats!
-
Nice bow indeed. congrats!

Very nice

That's a very nice bow. Love my Life Ender!
Saving up for one of his recurves.
BTW my LC longbow is the most quiet bow I've ever shot..
-
A beauty!!!!!!!

Is that walnut?
-
Yes. I had a nice buttstock blank without the matching forend, so Chad used that with a piece of my maple. I'm just a died in the wool walnut freak and usually have some nice maple on hand for knife handles. He built it with maple cores and tiger stripe maple for the limb veneers, but I asked him to stain them just a little more of an amber color. I couldn't be happier.

Ron, it was a pleasure to have you over for the day. :archer2: I really enjoyed being the bowyer for another fellow craftsman's very 1st Custom bow. Please feel free to stop in any time your passing through Iowa!
-
Chad, you have done it again. I can not say enough how much I love your bows. You are a very fine bowyer in deed. My hope for every trade shooter is for them to find a bow they love as much as I love your bows. Another fine looker too.

That is a real nice bow. Great grip. Looks sleek and fast. Good luck.
