Hello all and thanks in advance for your input. Been a member for a while now, just don't post much. Here's the deal: Currently shooting a Fedora 560 that draws 57# @ 28" which is my draw length. My 2018's cut to 29" w/ a 100 grain tip shoot like bullets, although I haven't been overly impressed w/ the penetration they provide. Never shot carbons, but thinking about switching due to the durability they offer. Also thinking about trying to switch to a heavier arrow/broadhead combination just not sure where to start. I really like the Axis shafts, they are pretty tough and the skinny shaft seems a plus.
A 400 spine, 50-100 grain brass insert with a 150-200 grain pt. Or standard insert and 250-300 grain point. Would give you 570+ grains and would be thumper. You will have to play around with shaft length once you decide where you want to take the point weight.

Carbon Express Heritage 250s for me 11gpi plus 8 gpi inserts at 29" = 551 + heads

I shoot a 60# at 28". my draw is 28" 31.5 goldtip
expedition with razor feathers and a 250 grain VPA broadhead. Fly like darts. Hope this helps.

Been shooting the CE Heritage arrows for three years now. I have several bows with about the same specs as yours. Like MicW says 250's will work. I shootem with 100g inserts and 150g tips cut to 30.5" and they come out about 610g. I shot aluminum 2018s for awhile, switched to cedars and now carbons. All three have benefits. Good luck!

I agree with L82Hunt, you will probably be a 400 (55/75 of CX 250) spine if you plan on using at least 200 grains up front. But if you plan on going with a lighter head, 500 (35/55 or CX 150) may end up being better. Especially if you buy 400 spine, make sure you have full length shafts and then bareshaft with your field tip and cut until they fly straight.

MFX classics. I shot wood and then allum. for many years and there is NO going back. I tried Heritage but the nocks were too loose in the shaft. BILL

A .400 spine will work but you will need plenty of point weight if ya cut it to 29"s you will need a minimum of 275 grains.(most likely more) A real good choice would be a Heritage 150 cut to 29"s and 175-225 of point weight. I would say 200 grains would be about perfect. Also remember you do not need to go overboard with grains per pound, 9gpp. will kill anything in N/A. from a 55# bow. The most important thing to remember is an arrow that is flying perfect will out penetrate an arrow that is wobbling in flight. Again if you go with a .400 spine you are gonna want to leave it long or add a bunch of point weight. The Heritage 150(.487 spine) is a nice compromise between the .500 and the .400 spine. Shawn

My brother has a 560 that is about 57@27. He shoots Easton FMJ 340s w 100gr inserts w 125gr heads. I think they are cut to about 28.5. They fly great and shoot pretty fast.

I have shot Gold Tips for years and just this year tried some Carbon Express Heritage arrows. I was not impressed with the CE's for durability...well compared to the Gold Tips. I would go with the Gold Tips - 5575 or 7595 Trads (for some extra weight and spine) cut to length with plenty of weight up front.
