Title: Rod Jenkins-great sponsor/stands behind product

A few years back, I bought a used arrowmaster quiver(one of the earlier models). Through my unintentional mishandling of the quiver, some problems developed with the quiver. A week or so ago, I called Rod and asked him if he could fix the quiver for me. I sent it to him and since he couldn't fix it to his satisfaction, he sent me a brand new arrowmaster with new materials and improved design. Amazing, since I bought the quiver used. Great customer services, Rod. My hat is off to you.

Rod is not only a great guy and makes a great quiver, he is also a great archer, instructor and hunter and makes many other great products. We need a lot more guys like Rod in this world!!

Pat, it doesn't surprise me a bit that Rod did that for you. Sorry I missed your call.

Wow. You bought it used,mishandled it, and Rod still replaced it.  Now that is customer service!!

I've been thinking about a side quiver of a desgin like that.  I'm now thinking harder about the arrowmaster.

Yep, good guy!  A fletch cover I ordered from him late last year never showed (lost in the mail).  He rushed another out to me and told me if the other ever showed up, just keep it.

I will definitely deal with him again, probably on a duiker quiver in the near future.

Rod is good for "traditional archery". He's a solid dealer, and a darn good shooter.  :archer2:

Over my the course of my competitive archery life, I've had several vendors treat me very special .... Some because customer service was second nature to them... Others because of who I was. My plan for Safari Tuff has always been  to treat EVERYONE very special.
