The wife bought some arrows that were spined too heavily, got them returned. Looking at the Easton Legacy aluminum shafts, the 2117 were grossly over spined, what spine should I get? Shooting a 50# @28 Hawkeye recurve.
-
1916's fly great out of my 50# hoyt buffalo.
-
Maybe even some Good Tip traditional, not sure which yet, think I prefer the aluminum

Actual Draw Length?
Point Weight?
Without this info, all you'll get are guesses.
-
My draw length varies between 28-28.5 going to be shooting 160 grain field points to match up with the zwickey screw in broadheads, either delta or eskimos
-
would a 2018 be a good arrow? added weight for hunting. depending on length of course

2016's
:archer2:
-
2016 with a 125gr tip
-
I'd go with 2016 or 3555 if you decide to get the Gold Tip trads.
-
Anything over 29 will work, probably going to order 31.5 so I can do a little cutting if necessary
-
2016's should be good, if you are leaving them a little long or using a heavy point you might need 2018's
-
I use Goldtips, they are awesome and don't have a high price tag.
