so it seems that this turkey follows about the same trail every day or so should i just sit and wait or call like normal im thinking no noise and it wont even look near my blind
also any tips on shooting from a ghillie suit?

I sure wouldn't over call. A few soft yelps to let him know that there is something right where he wants to go anyway is all it should take. If you get even one response to the calls he knows all he needs to know and you should clam up at that point.
Try to set up so that you have a large tree for him to walk behind as you start your draw. A bow blind that attaches to your bow is a big help. If no tree is available to hide your draw you may have to wait for him to fan and turn away from you to hide his head. A hen decoy might be the trick to induce him to do that.
Good luck - you will probably need it, but there is not much more exciting than being within spiting distance of an excited gobbler!

If you are not in a tent type blind then you need to totally commit to the shot at the moment of truth.
Any hesitation or second thoughts it'll be over and you'll be all alone in the woods.

Eric,
Its far easier to be where they want to be than it is to call them to where they are unsure they want to be.
as Joe said, it wouldn't hurt to let out a few soft yelps. once he knows you are there, he will remember where he heard the hen, just hope he shows up before noon. A lot of people tend to call too much.
Good Luck!
