Title: Thank You For KME Customer Service!

I just got off the phone with Ron,and he walked me thru sharpening some grizzly broad heads. What great customer service! It just don't get any better than this. Here it is Wed. evening 7:45 eastern time and Ron took the time to help a customer on off business hours. This is why I try to do all my business with the trad gang family. Wonder if he could help me? NOBODY is as ungifted as I am sharpening stuff, and I got one of his sharpners.

It is great to hear about good customer service, especially since it seems so rare in today's marketplace. Fortunately, I have not needed KME's customer service as I was able to get my broadheads sharp without difficulty.  This is truly a combination of a good product backed up by good customer service.

I have heard good things about him. Glad to hear even more. So far I haven't need his customer service but a great peice of mind knowing its there!

Yep.  Best sharpener anywhere and he WILL teach you how to use it no matter how learning challenged you are.

I have to agree with the above posts.  Ron provides some of the finest customer service there is; his expertice and his top notch product are hard to match.  :thumbsup:

I'd be happy to help you Larry.   :thumbsup:   or anyone else who needs a few pointers.  sharpening guides will hold a consistent angle but that's only one piece of the puzzle. 10 minutes on the phone (which always turns into 20 because we end up talking about hunting too) and we can get your BHDs or knives pretty thoroughly tuned.

If anyone needs help sharpening anything... give me a call. It's best to you have your sharpener and BHDs or knives out when you call. Now, as many will attest, you may well get my answering machine but leave a message so I can call you back. Thanks!
