Title: Looking for the perfect tab...in a glove?
Post by: threeunder on November 04, 2012, 07:23:00 PM
Bear with me guys...this is a little complicated.

I've been shooting a black Widow tab for the past 8 months or so.  I shoot three under and I absolutely love the BW tab.  Really like the 3 layer protection it provides my fingers.

Now my issue is with BW's velcro finger ring.  It sucks.  Mine has worn out and won't hold the tab firm.

What I'd like to do is marry a BW tab to a shooting glove or regular glove.

Has anyone ever done this?  If so, I'd love to see pics of how you attached them.

I've tried sliding a super tab over my Dura Glove and it works decent, but isn't exactly what I'm looking for.

Any ideas?

Don't got any ideas for you but i think you have a good idea. it would always be rite there instead of flopping around, and unlike the glove get a good feel for the anchor.

Not sure if this what you want but I use the palm tab that Black Widow sells.  It attaches around your wrist so it's out of the way when not needed.  I've been using one for several years and like it alot.

My son has same problem , so I ripped of the crappy velcro , laced some soft leather thong and made a small deer antler slide. There's enough friction between the antler and leather to cinch it snug. He likes it ....

x2 on kuch's actions.  I used a colorful plastic bead of the rightr size,  but to same effect.
