Say, I ordered one along with the Tradgang DVD... I didn't get an email confirmation or anything - just wondering if thats OK and I just need to wait patiently or if I should be concerned that something didnt go through.  THanks!

I guess (now that I check) it was only 7 days ago (Nov 14) which isn't long... I used Paypal/Visa. Not a big deal and no real hurry, I was just wondering.  Thanks much for your response!
