Please remember to WAIT till Doug or Walt posts on your item thread 'PAID' before you ship to the winner.

It might take up to two or three weeks as some folks that win might be out of town, and then a week for the check to get there, and another few days before Walt or Doug get a chance to post paid on your listing.

This is the fairest way to make sure the Auction stays clean.

All donors should be prompt in sending items when "paid" is posted!
The winners have put their faith in the donors, and Tradgang so please do your part, too!

Do you contact the donners(me) or do we look up on the auctions? also need addresses?

I think its up to the donors and the winners to get together.  When I pay my winning bid I pm the donor letting them know payment is sent so they can expect it to be posted by a mod on the auction thread.  I also pm them my address so they have it and can send the items at their convienence AFTER a mod has posted that payment was received.
