Title: I want build PVC bows for church camp

Hey guys, I want to learn how to build PVC bows for church camp next June. My daughter told me the camp needed some who had archery experience. I volunteered! That's when my granddaughter informs me " Bigdaddy, they shoot compounds yuk" as she gives one of those looks. Help me

Do a search on YouTube for PVC bows. Lots of info.

I did that a couple of years ago when our church had a father son camp out. I don't have a son but went and had them make PVC bows. It went over really well with the kids. Have some balloons to shoot at, that really makes the shooting exciting for them. I used the plans what were in Traditional Bowhunters Magazine a few years ago.

Backyard Bowyer on youtube. a friend of mine built some awesome PVC recurves for his sons that REALLY sling an arrow!

I built a couple for my daughters from the artical in TBM.  They turned out really well and do fling an arrow!  Unfortunatley, I lost that issue.
